On December 2, 2022, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the National competition "Entrepreneur of the Year" was held. The ceremony was attended by Assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus for the development of the financial and credit system Valery Belsky, Deputy Minister of Economy Sergei Mityansky, heads of republican and local government bodies, business unions, and business circles.

At the end of 2021, the competition was traditionally held in five categories: Successful Start, Stable Success, Efficient Manufacturing Business, Efficient Service Business, Efficient Individual Business. Based on the performance indicators of the participants of the competition, 34 winners from the regions and the city of Minsk were determined in each nomination. The list of winners is posted on the website of the Ministry of Economy .

ARLEKS was declared the winner in the nomination "Sustainable Success" based on the results of activities for 2021 by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 29, 2022 No. 655.

The winners were awarded diplomas of the “Peramozhets of the National Natsiyanalnaga” competition “Protectural Worker of the Year” and memorable prizes.
